Five dimensions, one honest judgment

This isn't a token glance. We work through five dimensions and give you a straight call on each:

DimensionHow we assess it
Is the price reasonable? We benchmark against real China-market sourcing prices and channel-tier pricing, and flag the quote as high, low or unusual. The same Schneider or ABB is often priced well below local prices in many countries.
Is the supplier reliable? A first-pass check on company background, registration, product scope, quote logic and communication. Helps separate a real factory, a trader posing as one, and a shell company.
Do the models fit? Whether the brand and model match your application, whether the parameters are sufficient, whether accessories are complete, and whether target-market certifications are in place. The wrong model is sometimes worse than paying 20% more.
Is there room for an alternative? We identify which items must stay on the original brand and which can move to a more cost-effective equivalent in the same tier (international or Chinese).
Is it worth proceeding? A clear recommendation: continue, proceed with caution, gather more information, or don't buy. We'd rather tell you "don't do this order" than let you walk into a trap.

FAQ

Free sourcing check frequently asked

Q.01
Is this really free? Are there any strings attached?
Yes — completely free, no strings. After the review you can continue with us, or stop right there — no obligation either way. The point is to let you judge whether we know what we're doing at the lowest possible cost. Our business runs on long-term trust, not on hooking a customer once.
Q.02
Can I send just one quote? Will you review it even with limited info?
Yes. One quote is enough for a first-pass check — at least we can tell whether the price is roughly reasonable and whether there are red flags on the supplier. More complete information (target country, application, acceptance requirements) sharpens the advice. We'll ask for what we need.
Q.03
Will I get sales calls after the review?
No. The point is to judge whether the order is worth doing, where the risk is, and whether a better option exists. If it fits, we continue; if it doesn't, we'll say directly: "don't do this order this way." We won't push anything you don't need — wasting your time does us no good either.
Q.04
How long until I get feedback?
Standard quotes or sourcing lists are typically reviewed within 48 hours. Complex project-level BOMs (dozens to hundreds of items) or suppliers that need deeper investigation may take 3–5 days. When we receive your documents, we'll give you a time estimate so you're not left waiting.
Q.05
After the review, how do you charge?
For most sourcing orders, we quote one clear landed cost — already including sourcing, coordination, QC and logistics support, with no separate service fee. If you only need standalone advice, supplier verification or an alternative report, we quote a fixed fee upfront. Everything is written down before we begin. We tell you how we earn before we start.
Q.06
If I send you a quote, could it be leaked?
No. We treat all customer documents as strictly confidential — that's not just a promise, it's the basic condition for this kind of business to keep going. If you'd like, we can sign an NDA before the review begins.
